I've gotten some hiccups in the system, but the people are super nice and try to help you as best as they can. The app itself is a tad bit wacky, but over all it's good and gets the job done.

Wag is incredibly convenient. The walkers have been prompt and take good care of my dog. I have recommended them to friends, and they've liked it too. The report card is great for relaying information about the walk. I just wish the GPS worked better for walk tracking - depending on the phone, some are better than others.

I love wag. My walkers is the absolute best and always loves on my puppy. My only issues is the app. I don’t like how it’s set up to where you have to call customer service to change reoccurring walks. I understand the need for it but it’s such a hassle to call them because they may have to call you back so you’re waiting around. I also wish that it was easier to select a specific waker and to get price quotes/ways to look at walks without actually getting locked into it, I remember when I first started using the app I didn’t know what I wanted yet because I was new to all this but it locked me into reoccurring walks when I just wanted to “play around” with my schedule and see what would work.

Such a great idea! Wag! is such a great concept and idea! I love knowing Wag! Ensures all of their walkers are safe and trustworthy. I do think the app itself could use some updating, not very easy to navigate and lags. ALSO, why is there still not a option to customize your walkers tip?

I have been using wag for a little over a month now and have found a wonderful regular walker for my dog on the days that I work. It’s comforting to know that my dog is taken care of while I’m gone. However, it did take a few tries to find her. The few times I have had to contact customer service they have been very helpful and responsive. Overall a very positive experience!

The only issues iI’ve ever had have been with the lock box. Make sure to hide an additional key somewhere else in case the lockbox door gets stuck. I’ve had the same walker since I started using Way about 2 months ago, and he’s been fantastic. Very trustworthy and writes detailed, honest reports after walks.

I’m thankful for this app overall! Some of the features could be improved. For example, for my recurring walk I have to edit the access notes each day because they don’t save. Also, it won’t let me change my puppy’s name on there! I would like the walkers to call her by her nickname.

I feel the WAG walkers are good with my pup- which is the most important thing. The only issue I’ve had is a few walkers have set off my security system and twice my pups crate hasn’t been latched and I come home to a destroyed house. But overall I use the app because it’s convenient and I do feel good about the care they provide. J
