Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

I love how easy it is to use the Wag app and schedule. I also love that you can follow the walk on the Wag app and the dog walker will give you a walk report. Sometimes they will take a video of your dog on the walk. I only had one issue with them and it's only because my dog walker had an emergency & couldn't make it at last minute. I had a hard time reaching someone at Wag to get another walker out but other than that one time issue my experience with this company has been great.

I have really enjoyed my experience so far with Wag. I haven't experienced any issues and my dog seems to be pretty happy. My only concern is that the app doesn't always work on the walks, so I get incomplete information (for example, the GPS doesn't work so I can't see where my dog is).

Dog walkers have been great! Think it is slightly overpriced.

Walkers have all been fantastic and respectful of my home. However, I have had issues with Wag customer support. Customer support tends to be slow to respond if you email. The app is a little buggy at times but I’m sure that will improve over time.

I wish there were 15 minute walk options. Also, $20 per walk plus tip starts to add up 5 days a week.

I love that Way is easy and quick to use, but I wish rescheduling a walk was possible in the app instead of cancelling and starting a whole new request.

I enjoy wag services a good but! Sometimes it is hard to get a walker quickly. Also when you reschedule a walk the new walker can't see any of your profile information. Other than that it's great.

My walker is amazing and cares a lot for the pups. The app is pretty good but at times bugs out. Over all I've been using Wag walked for 6 weeks, m-f. I don't think I can go back.
