Wag always takes excellent care of our beagle/hound mix (who is a handful to say the least). We just got another dog (hound mix) who has a completely different temperment and Wag handles both perfectly. Wag allows me to work 12 hour days when my wife is out of town. Wag has always been very responsibe and available. Never had a single complaint. One bit of insight is that the text dialogue box for walking instructions and entering the house instructions is that the box is sometimes a little small my big fingers to navigate on my iphone to edit when I mispell something. Not a problem more just something I would love to see expanded when you upgrade the app.!! Thank you for everything Wag team!!!!!

I have really enjoyed using Wag! When I am at work I really appreciate knowing when my dog is getting walked and when he is home safe. Much better than other apps I have used in the past. Love the report card and pictures as well!

Have not had a negative experience yet. The communication is spot on and constant, the app is easy to use and best of all, the dogwalkers have all been pleasant, kind people who seem to really love my dogs.

I love Wag so much. I use it every time I work (I’m usually gone for 13 hours for my shift). I love the ease of having the (free!) lock box to use for dog walkers to access my home. I love that I can set the time that I want a walk that day or select an ASAP walk. Also love setting walkers that we love as preferred—I like knowing the app reaches out and offers the walk to the walker I prefer first. I have yet to have a bad experience with a walker or the app. I love the detailed report cards, pictures, filters, and video updates we get. I recommend Wag to everyone! My coworkers always ask, “Are you watching your dog again!?” when they see me smiling and laughing into my phone at work. I can’t help it, my puppy is just so cute! And I love knowing he’s in the care of people I trust.

Michelle was extremely comuntive and on time (not miami time 😉). She sent me video along a track on Gñiomo walk. I would highly recommend her and this app.

I LOVE THE APP AND THE WALKERS ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE

Wag! is the best way we could imagine to take care of our little pup now that we both work out of an office rather than from home. We love the fact we can schedule ahead or book last minute if something comes up — and follow along for the entire walk to make sure all goes well.
