My walkers have been great but customer service not so much. I feel that my calling and asking for help was putting them out. Also my friend gave me a week of walks I tried to use the site to redeem but I couldn’t get it to work and when I tried to get info the guy was rude. I sent a message but they said I couldn’t get it since I’ve already had walks

I have had nothing but great experiences with Wag since I began using their services in the early Fall. Each and every one of the walkers who has come to take care of my hairy little boy. He loves having someone come and visit in the middle of the day and enjoys his walks every time. I highly recommend Wag for dog walking services.

My husband and I recently moved to San Diego with our dog. Having no family or friends here and with me being a nurse and working 12 hour shifts we had to find a company we could trust to come and walk our dog during the day. At first we were a little apprehensive about having a stranger come into our home when we are not there, but wag has been amazing. The app gives me a lot of assurance about the well being of my dog Jojo during the walks and the walkers have been nothing short of amazing. Jojo has to be picked up to go down and up stairs due to previous back surgery and the walkers have been amazing about this specific need he has. Wag has made my work days a lot less stressful!! Thank you wag!!!!

Service has been great.

More than 6 different Wag! walkers have walked our dog since he was 4 months old. All of them have been wonderful. The app allows me to know exactly where the walker is at all times with my dog, and they always provide me with photos and even video clips so that I know my dog is being cared for. I've been able to use Wag! at the last minute when work runs late and I'm in a bind, and I've been able to schedule the walks in advance. This resource has been so helpful to us. I wish it had been around when our last golden retriever was a puppy and I had young children at the time and just couldn't get our dog the exercise he needed. I'm really happy with this service. I notice a positive difference in our dog on the days when he gets a Wag! walk.
