So far so good, the walkers vary in their service, but the overall app is excellent

Customer service has been very responsive when needed. Number of walkers available in the area is large and I generally am able to schedule a walk at short notice with little difficulty.

I am more than happy with our walker. She is amazing and provides not only excellent care but a nice report of her time with our dog. The communication from Wag is very good. I know the more established the company becomes, the more streamlined the app and communication will become. Wag has a very good future and I am happy to be part of the clientele.

I like Wag! A lot, however I prefer to pick my walker, and sometimes that doesn’t work out. I do like that they text me when a walker is nearby and give a discount.

Mostly great - have had a few issues with walkers canceling and no one coming to walk my dog. Then reaching out to customer service was met with little to no response. Other than those isolated incidents, I like the convenience of the app and most walkers are wonderful!

Convenience factor makes Wag incredibly helpful. We often schedule walks last minute when we are stuck at work or have last minute plan changes. All walkers have been great. However, we have had a few issues with customer service. A couple times our walker was late or didn’t show and it took 2-3 hours of contacting customer service to resolve the issue and get a walker to the house. This can be stressful when your dog is crated and needs to go out. Great product, but customer service platform could use some work.

Good app and company, but had a couple glitches in the beginning and they were not willing to give credits after my dogs were walked 4 hours late

I have been using Wag since Fall 2018 and I have been pretty happy. The only thing that is problematic is how "hit or miss" the ASAP option is for walkers. I have had several occasions when they were unable to honor an ASAP request with 12 hours or less notice. Sometimes, my schedule changes unexpectedly, so having the ability to rely on that function is a big point for me. Other than that, my dog Willie really seems to like the walkers he has met and the service takes a load off my mind when I cannot be there myself for him.
