The app is great, i love the immediate notifications and report card, rather than waiting until i get home to see how the walk went. However, through 3 weeks of daily weekday use, I’ve had 2 people cancel right before my dog’s walk and 1 be very very late. It was nervewracking to see if anyone would pick up her walk. I’m not sure if I’d spend the money for long term use - versus a dog walking company who is cheaper and the same person every day/walks your dog with other dog friends. I’m glad you can have preferred walkers and also ban walkers you didn’t like. I’ve been a wag walker myself so I do trust the others walking my dog. The price point and user interface are two very important pieces that vary per user. My dog is a low maintenance sweetie so I’m not worried about who picks up her walks, and the app is number 1 if there’s an emergency walk needed. I’m just not sure yet if it fits the needs of those who just need a midday walk for owners working 9-5 which is the schedule that i have.

The walkers are great, the communication between walkers and office and customers needs some work.

Wag! seems to still be going through some growing pains. From my experience they have not quite figured out their workflow. Lack consistency in their communication style. I have been contacted via text and email about the same thing. I have reached out via phone with an inquiry and received a response via email. The app has stopped working for a dog walker pre-walk. Love my dog walker and minus the app dysfunction at times, great service!

I love this service. Love my walker. Love the pics and videos of my dogs on walks. Love customer services. The app needs a bit of work. I want to be able to schedule my favorite walker at her leisure on a specific day. I also have an old dog that needs a slow walk for 15 minutes and a young dog who needs to run, play or walk fast for 45. Not Seeing that option.

Your app needs work. It is not intuitive. You need a focus group made up of customers.

The people that walk my dogs are always nice and customer service is great. I would give 5 stars if the app had less bugs.

customer service via texting is offered, which is amazing. but it has taken 24 hours or more for me to get any response more than once. fix that problem and it would be 5 stars.
