The app kept locking up and only showing walks from previous days. I couldn't log in or go to any other screens. My dog walkers were great and took very good care of my dog.

Wag is really convenient and I like how I can always expect a walker to be available (this allows flexibility for my schedule). I do feel as though the price is steep, and the discount they give for extending walks is deceiving and not really 1/2 off (you end up paying full price for an hour walk). I do like that I can trust the walkers in my house, follow my dog around on the app, and I get pictures. Overall, I would recommend.

It was a rough start having my first dog walker ever assigned to me who was no longer employed by your company and it took several days, after I payed, to get a replacement causing lots of worry..

Edit: edited to add that after the comment below from Wag nobody has reached out to me. So if you're thinking "this is a reasonable piece of minor feedback, and Wag still took the time to reach out, wow!" don't be fooled. They didn't. Had great experiences with our walkers, friendly and caring with great notes and videos provided on each walk. Wag itself has been disappointing though. By my third walk I had needed to contact support 3 times for a mix of incorrect charges, bugs and incorrect updates to walks. While the support team were really friendly and resolved each issue, apologizing profusely too, the effort to book walks starting out was too much. The app is buggy, if your walker needs to update a time the support team have to be involved and, if they make a mistake, can be a hassle to resolve. Love the idea of the service but not the company, will be trying Rover as a replacement.

GPS incorrect on multiple occasions, my dog was shown going on walks when she wasn’t walked, and the walkers never even made it around a block, regardless of whether I booked 30 minutes or an hour. My dog was taken through our alley which has rat poison and loose garbage. I do like the GPS and available customer support.

We had a bit of a rocky start with one lateness (2.5 hours!) one no show, and an overcharge, but I think WAG! has potential to be really convenient and cost effective. The walkers are nice people, as are the customer service reps, so I'm willing to stick it out with the hope of them ironing out the kinks.

I had some issues with getting a walker when there were fires and I switched addresses - not the nicest person on the phone - and it was over 2 weeks ago - still waiting for refund . I like the concept of knowing where my dog walks- and the video- but I could only access that a couple of times

I arranged one 30 minutes walk per day and somehow another person kept showing up at another time. I never requested two walks a day. The people who handles arranging walks seem not to communicate with each other. I also had two promo codes and I texted to communicate that but I only got one credit initially. There needs to be better communication.
