Wag saved me when I brought home my newborn and my 3 dogs were very energetic and anxious to greet her! My only reservation was sometimes the app would not confirm whether or not a walker accepted my time frame and they would just show up! But overall, I love this app! It has connected me to some great dog loving people!

Dog Walker (Jennifer) is outstanding! but the process and app needs to be a bit more user friendly. For example, Jennifer said she would be late one day. Wag was informed but they still sent another walker to my house who I have never even met before. Other than that, we love the service!

Service is great. Quick responses and walkers all have been great. Need to enhance their app to be a littler more flexible.

The walking experience for my dog has been wonderful, but the app. Doesn't work which could make things more convenient.

I have had very good luck with the walkers from Wag and Wrigley appreciates them. Sometimes, with running a business from home, there's little time in the day to get my lab out...Wag has helped me with this. The only concern I've run into is...when I get a notice that '...a walker will be in your area at 2pm...' that usually doesn't mean the walker will be at my home at 2pm; rather more like 3pm or 3:30pm. I've learned I have to plan for sometime later in the day and not answer that I'd like a walker at 2pm. Other than this, Wag has been easy to work with. Thank you - Cathy

My experience with Wag has, overall, been very good. I really like the first walker we were paired with. He's very professional and friendly and seems to really like my dogs. My concerns about the service are: 1. I requested a reschedule and was told my regular walker was unavailable (and he told me he wasn't contacted) - so they tried to pair me with someone new, which I didn't appreciate 2. It's hard to reschedule your service if you have a particular time in mind - for example, if the window is 8:00-11:00 a.m., and I prefer 10:30 a.m. for the walk, I'll reschedule into that window (because it's the option that fits the time I'd like to choose - and am always scheduled in the first slot during that time (so 8:00 a.m., for example). There should be a way to request a time and then get a note saying your walker is available at (an hour before or after, for example) your walk time and I could choose that time instead of being scheduled 3 hours before I really want to reschedule my walk for. But these are all fixable problems. Other than the technical app part of the process, it's been great at alleviating my guilt for not making time to walk my dogs!

The communication with their service needs work. When I first started using wag I had a lot of questions and concerns. Most were not answered at all. My preferred Walker is great. The prices are fair.

Except for two walkers my experience has been positive. The first walker you took care of for me. The second seems to have gotten the message I sent and appears to be turning her act around. The rest of my walkers I am pleased with. They are prompt my dogs like to see them come and they walk them the full 20 minutes.
