Hi Steven, Thank you for your review. You may set up recurring walks to get the same walker each time. There may be times when a walker cannot make one of the recurring walks, and in that case, we’ll send another walker to take your pup on their walk. In addition, for all types of walks, you’ll be able to set a “Preferred Walkers” list. Walkers on that list will be notified first when a walk with your pup becomes available.

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your review! We appreciate the feedback and suggest the "Use Preferred" option in the app when booking moving forward. This will give your preferred walkers the option to accept the walk first for a certain period of time.
