I love Wags services. We’ve had some amazing walkers and love that if we can’t be there to walk our puppy, we can rely on Wag to help us out. The reason for 4 stars? We had 1 walker who left our house key on TOP of the lock box Wag provides instead of putting it back inside. It was just careless and frustrating to know that if someone was looking to break into a house, they didn’t have to do a whole lot of work to open up our door and take everything. I contacted Wag and they blocked him from all future walks for our family and put a note in his file.

Great walkers! We love having wag at our fingertips especially when we get stuck in a pinch at work; know are babies are well taken care of with very little notice. Only reason I took off 1 star was because of the price. Wag is a little more expensive than Rover but we love our Wag experience!

I love the service. Most of the walkers are great. There are still times where walkers simply don't show up, so you really have to keep a close eye to the app, in case you need to quickly reschedule a new walker. That's a shame

The dog walkers are the best! The app and I don't get along as I would like and the phone customer service is lacking but overall, using WAG has been a pleasure.

App could use more refinement but the service is pretty great. There is a shortage of walkers at time but I'm pleased with the service. My dogs come home tired and happy 100% of the time.

The contact support could be better, but I’ve had positive experiences with walkers (minus the fact that they don’t always check the notes I provide).

Higher price compared to other apps but option to buy in bulk at discount helps. Our regular walker is amazing ( 3x /week). When an alternate is requested/needed, he/she hasnt shown up but Wag works fast to find a replacement very quickly.

Good other then when you offer a discounted rate it never seems to happen and I end up paying full price.
