My experience has overall been good. Have a few people I totally love who come on a regular basis basis I’ve had 1 scare he didn’t walk dogs didn’t turn on gps I had to find my dogs with apple, and dogs where afraid of him. Scared he hit my dogs. Only other problem I find is many times hard to find someone. I have waited from one day to next and couldn’t get a walker. So time response wise not always very good. In stage 4 cancer sometimes it’s hard for me to go, but sometimes I have no choice with no response back for hours, 5 , 6 hours and I end up having to go and very very difficult for me. Yes a little overpriced sometimes but over all I’m happy with most of the walkers who come and get to build a relationship and trust

For what it is I'd say I've had an 86% satisfaction in how the gig workers have taken care of my dog. I have had a sitter leave my dog in a kennel for 4 days sitting in his own filth. And another who was looking in on my dog and cat didn't notify me the cat developed a skin infection. Her litter hadn't been cleaned which was the cause. If you're just looking for a good dog walking service, this is an exceptional one. For the vet chats, that too is worth it. But the app is buggy, and slow. Sometimes it takes .ore than an hour to get a walker to come and let my dog out. I will not use this app again for overnight services. I will be boarding my dog from now on and my cat after the skin infection fiasco. It cost about $400 to resolve everything with the skin.

Almost every walker we’ve gotten has been fabulous, and even the ones that weren’t were good. However, their “chat” function is insufficient and there is no way to get hold of them in an emergency. It’s incredibly frustrating. If they’d just put a customer service phone # on their web site or app, that would solve the problem.

Provides many services beyond walking dogs. I've used it for years now and have recommended it to friends with pets. The app is buggy so i hope they invest in really updating it for quality of life. Espeically since both walkers and pet parents have to use it extensively and rely on it.

My dog walker walker was fabulous but Wag app could be a little more user friendly.

I have been using Wag for the past couple of years now, mainly when I work late or if husband and I have a long date night. I have had some issues with the messages not working in the app so I can't communicate with the walker. I have also had issues requesting after 5PM. Don't request late, you probably wont get anyone. However, I have found after consistent use, you will find one or two walkers that work great. I consistently try to book Laurie then if she is unavailable, I have one or two others I know work well and have no issues. My favorite thing in the app is you can have favorites and request specific walkers. This way I get to know the people taking care of my pups.

The Wag app is good and the company has good customer service. The walkers can be hit or miss, but overall they are reliable and good. I've used Wag for over 5 years and I have had one walker who never showed up. That's the worst of it thankfully. I am very lucky to have found the walker I have now. I do recommend using Wag and trying out different caretakers until you find one you love and that you are sure loves your pups and respects your home.
