Hi Tatiana, thank you for sharing your review. Please kindly note that prices for pet care services booked through the Wag! app vary depending on, service type, costs of living in your area and the Pet Caregiver’s rates. We highly recommend that you check out the Browse feature located on the bottom of the home page. You can select the type of service you're interested in and filter Pet Caregivers by various criteria, including price, to find your pawfect fit and book with them directly!

Hi there, thank you for the review and feedback. We appreciate your feedback. Charges are not official until the service has been completed. If you are seeing a charge prior to a service being completed, this is a pre-authorization hold. If the service cancels, the hold will automatically be removed and should reflect immediately in the account but may take longer depending on your financial institution. Please note, services cancelled may be subject to a cancellation fee.
