The App is very difficult to use with no way to call anyone for assistance. I may end up switching to a different dog walking service because of the horrible app The website isn’t much easier.

I scheduled a 30 minute walk and the Wag Walker walked my dog for a total of 7 minutes. I know this because I have a Furbo cam.

So disappointed that I can't get in touch with the head office. There is a BIG problem with my account and I can't get help. Money is flying out the window in the meantime. Grrr.

Wag eliminated its customer support for caregivers. Only emergency line. So when customer lies on dog profile and has 4 dogs in the house instead of 2 you work for free. They need to screen these clients and pay the walkers !!! Rip off service. I addressed this with the bot aka “chat” who could not figure out what I was asking. Shameful behavior.

I want to have a dog sitter board my dog for a period of time. Upfront they charge my card for their "estimated" charge. But it is only estimated - the real charge will be based on the person who accepts the offer. If that charge is more than the estimated charge, I MUST accept it. So if the estimate is $500 but the real charge ends up being $700, I can't say no - I must pay it. I would have to cancel and pay a 50% fee. So I have opened myself to paying whatever they ask. Also, I have no opportunity to talk to the person before I accept to see if the person and my dog gets along. (the only way to do that is to pay for their premium service). Seems like Rover makes life a lot easier. There you only pay when you decide that you like the dog sitter. Reply to Wag: Thank you for responding. However, you do not address my most important issues. I have never used your company before. In order to book boarding, I am given an estimated price - but I MUST accept whatever the lowest bit is - even if it is much more than the estimate. If the estimate is $200 but the lowest (or only) bidder says $400, I cannot say no. The other comment you mention about choosing sitters is only available to Premium members if I am correct. Having never used your service before, I think it unreasonable for me to pay upfront before I know if your service will work for me. So I reiterate my comment - that Rover makes life much easier - I only pay when I KNOW that I want the server and I KNOW how much it will be.

I have found some responsible walkers, but not always the same case. Some don’t show up, some come late, asap does not work, I booked a walk for 8:30 am when I checked there was still no response and they changed it to asap. They are not very reliable. Again I have found maybe. 2 or 3 who are but they are busy I’m sure they are requested all the time. Just this morning 1/2 left and still no response. People book then it’s a no show it leaves us stuck. Gonna need to find another service

Honestly hate it. What is ASAP? 2 hours wait? If I really need to do something within that hour it’s the same as me canceling what I need to do and walk my dog

Screw this company. I’m a Walker. Have been for a long time. Normally, for the most part, everything goes fine but this particular evening I got bit by a dog I had never taken care of before. I’m absolutely traumatized from the situation, Wag will not speak to me about my options. They just tell me to contact the owner. I was not paid for the walk. Now the app won’t let me accept any other walks and I no longer can work! I’m livid and I hope everybody stops using this company’s services. It’s a complete rip off. They over charge the pet parents and pay us walkers very little. Whenever tragedy strikes they say “you’re on your own and also you don’t have a job anymore” …unbelievable
