Great option for pet services! Although I was new to the area, by this means I was able to efficiently locate & secure a dog walker for my sweet lab. The app is simple yet thorough & also includes photos & daily reports. Scheduling, security, tracking, and payments are all handled through the Wag! app. I am able to chat with a customer service agent when necessary. Wow...this process is Awesome! Thank you Wag!.

The walkers that have walked my dog are absolutely amazing. I have full trust and confidence in them and whenever any issue comes up, they are able to contact me directly. I'd definitely reccomend Wag to anybody.

I have had a great experience with our dog walker. I instantly liked the 1st walker that arrived and have been using her since. I am impressed with the customer service and speed of service as well. The app itself can be improved for ease of use, but again, the service is excellent.
