Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Reliable app with great customer service and awesome walkers. The customer service is phenomenal - I've received individual texts on the rare occasions that were issues accessing my house or for good promotions. The app provides step by step instructions for everything during setup and keep you informed via text when the walker arrives, to follow them live while they walk your dog on the app, and once they leave. The walkers are also friendly and provide great service for my dog.

I've had a very positive experience with Wag!. The app is easy to use, and the customer service has been good.

Have always found Wag to be reliable and go above and beyond to make Dougie and his parents feel very comfortable!

My wife and I love Wag! We both have medical issues that sometimes prevents us from being able to take our little puppers out for walks so we really appreciate it and consider it a luxury. Plus the app is super easy to use.

this is the best thing that ever happen to me and my dogs. they never miss a walk and boy do they love their walks. Every walker I’ve had has been so good to my two dogs and I love how I get a message on when they pee and poo. it’s the best uber dog walking system ever.

Wag is a great app to use for dog walking! Even when I had one concern the customer was great and resolved and also offered a free walk for the inconvenience .

I just got my first puppy and I wasn't sure how I was going to handle going to work and leaving him home. In short: this is an amazing App. You get a walk for the same price as a local dog walker, but the difference is you can book them only a few hours in advance and you get constant updates about the status of the walk. You can track your dogs walk live on the app and they send you videos and pics throughout. The customer service is so impressive too. I sound like a sales person for them I love them so much- I swear I don't work for them. I'm just a new dog owner that feels like I found the Uber of dog walking <3

This company has their act together! Spot on with texting, customer service and excellent training for their walkers. Super easy app with terrific response time for walk Verification. Thank you Wag!
