I haven't been on Wag! that long but me and my pup have enjoyed it. The walkers have been great with him and the process overall has been pretty easy to navigate. I wouldn't mind having a little more freedom to select specific walkers from my preferred list or perhaps prioritize the walkers on my preferred list, but in the end, it has been a really good experience. We will continue to use it once or twice a week for walks so my guy can get out of the house and stretch his legs. Thanks Wag!

Their app is not user friendly at all. It desperately needs an upgrade. It's also super difficult to find a way to contact customer service. For example, I wasn't sent a confirmation that my lockbox was sent, so I tried to check in on the shipment status multiple times, and I had no idea how to get ahold of anyone. They also don't do a great job of communicating. Suddenly I found out my walker was going to be late, and they had no remorse other than just "They're late." This was troublesome as my pup had been home alone for some time and it was pretty urgent that the walker come when scheduled. They also need a way to block walkers that don't meet standards, and a way to leave specific notes for that specific walk. But, all that said, Wag! has been HUGELY helpful with managing my dog's potty breaks. Our regular dog walker had to quit due to schedule changes, so we were lost and had no time to find a new one quickly, so we turned to Wag! to fill in in the interim. It's been hugely helpful to see their profile and get an idea of who they are before letting them into my house.

I think this company has a great idea. I’m able to have the same walker come everyday and they have GPS attached to the walkers, so you can follow that your pups are actually being walked. The customer service is very helpful when needed. The reason I give one star less than five is only because the app has glitches. If you want to change the time of a walk you need to cancel the walk and reschedule. The system sometimes makes mistakes and doesn’t cancel the first walk and then cancels other walks by mistake. It’s super frustrating to spend time fixing the problem that their system created. But as a dog walking service- I’m quite happy.

Good place to go for a dog walk

For the most part, Wag! has been great. All but one walker have been wonderful. Luckily, Wag! has the ability to block the not-great walker from walking my dog in the future. Wag's customer service is something to be desired. It took months for me to finally be able to get a lockbox. It took weeks to get responses, and only after badgering them did I finally receive a response.

When it works, it works well, if it goes bad it doesn't. I work nights andI expect that someone will arrive to walk my dog no matter what. The usual dog walker couldn't make it and told Wag, but did they find a replacement? No. I was frustrated and angry with them not taking responsibility. Everyone I talked to wasn't aware of my previous calls and texts. I ended up getting no sleep and spent way too much time stressing over it. I live in the Bay area, so I feel that they should have found someone.

This is a great concept with good people, but the day-to-day operations have a tendency to lack coordination and consistency. Changing walkers or schedules - basic stuff - , is an example. It typically triggers multiple texts or emails from multiple sources within Wag that do not seem to coordinate their correspondence or review prior correspondence on the subject. Result: conflicting messages and confusion.

I found a dog walker I LOVE on Wag!, but I find the tech support a little rough in spots. I get texts from multiple people on the same number and they don't all have the information that I might have communicated to someone before... so that could be a little tighter. That being said, it's a small annoyance with a much better payoff! I also get discounted walk offers if one of my neighbors is using Wag! on a particular day, which is pretty great if you're in a pinch
