We are happy with WAG! We have been using WAG! for a year now. Overall it has been a great experience, the walkers have taken good care of our dogter. There have a been a couple walkers that I wasn't pleased with and WAG immediately removed them from my walker list and refunded the walk fee. Their customer service responds fairly quickly and addresses the issue head on. I have found the customer service reps to be pleasant and have done a great job following through on requests. We will continue to call on WAG to walk our pup.

Catharina has been a lifesaver. My dogs adore her. She’s been walking them for over a year and has become a member of the family.

We absolutely love our regular walker and when we need a fill in everyone is so loving towards our dog, which we really appreciate.

Quick scheduling. Responsive staff when there are issues. Have had a couple weird walkers but so far have been able to trust wag with letting random people in my home. I like that I always get a picture to make sure my dog is okay

Terrific service

I try to use the same Walker every time and I cannot tell you what a blessing it is to use Brent ask my Walker he adores my dogs and my dog's adore him so much that they won't even let me put the collar on they want him to do it when I come home he tells me all about their walk and takes a little video and I'm just amazed at the way he loves dogs so much and I truly feel he lives my dogs as much as he loves his amen
