Walkers are GREAT! The app isn’t. It is difficult to navigate, near impossible to cancel walks, can’t request the same person. You can see your credits balance but not recent activity.

Their software tells me something, like there is a price reduction if I use the special now, but it doesn't tell their accounting department, so I get billed the full price. Then they tell me I have to prove it, knowing full well the ad on their app is no longer there. I do not care for false advertising.

I am also a pet sitter and need someone to watch or walk my dog and so I’ve used Wags a few times. My last experience was a little rough when I asked for the same walker each visit for a 2 week time period. There were several mid-starts and issues with the app and walkers canceling arriving late or double booked.

The walkers I have met are nice, but it won’t work if your schedule isn’t flexible because they change the times on you all the time or people don’t show up and they send someone new and it takes time.

All walkers are good. One guy canceled the whole week which led to mistakes. He was supposed to feed my dog but since canceled my dog went 4 days with no food as the other walkers didn’t know. Some walkers were late and multiple days were double booked so had walkers texting me on my vacation, got a little confusing but all in all my dog is safe and had a few good walks.

I have just started using wag but each scheduled walk has been very good. I was pleased with the walkers and their attention to my dogs. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well. Each time that I’ve had a question or a problem (mine, not Wag’s), they have exhibited fast courteous and friendly assistance. Very pleased.

I love the walkers but the website is terrible and I cannot call anyone for clarification because even though I left messages with questions, no one would return my calls. Aggravating.

Walkers have been great but when something comes up communication with a live person is impossible! No one answers calls or emails to resolve problems.
