Customer support has been horrible. Called and person the phone incompetent. Fu email and never got response. Service is fine. App is frustrating and not easy to do what you want to do and get set up.

The app is easy to use, except when cancellations occur. I’ve noticed that significantly much less cancellations occur and response time is much faster when booking walks individually. It’s a very first come first serve type of service, and the app does work best when used this way.

Good services most times, but sometimes walkers are late or they seem like they don't really care about the dogs

It’s a good concept but needs work. I dislike how you can’t really pick your dog walker and the walker profiles are not too descriptive. If i let a stranger into my home while I’m away I’d like to know more about them, background checked or not. Also there needs to be better time management with the walkers themselves. I’ve had a lot of walkers come late or have to reschedule at the last moment, which pushes the time back. I’m not sure if this app is meant for grown dogs or puppies because i can’t list my puppies months on her profile. I do like how the app keeps you updated with everything that’s going on with the current walk and how they try to re schedule a walk if there’s a problem. This app may work for most but I’ve chosen not to use it anymore

I do have one walker that has been amazing. In have had 2 walkers cancel at the last minute and then didn't reschedule for another 2 hours. I was over an hour away and returned to my puppy soaked in her pen.

The app interface needs work. Also, I never am able to get a repeat walker.m or have a choice in who walks my dog.

Walkers have been great but the customer support is awful. Be prepared for multiple calls/texts/emails to settle any issues.

Wag is a great concept, but they need to work out a few kinks. One thing they need to work on is communication. Currently, there is no efficient, easy way to contact Wag in the event that a problem arises with a walker. They will sometimes respond to text messages, but sometimes they will not. Another thing they need to work on is proper vetting of their walkers. I recently had two incidents with Wag walkers. A walker put my dog’s harness on backwards, and so he was able to escape from it and run away. Another time, a walker didn’t show up for a scheduled walk. I understand that this is the kind of job that appeals to young, college students who are not always the most responsible, but Wag should have some guidelines/standards in place. And when problems do arise, they should reach out to their customers. Neither time did Wag reach out to me to apologize or to make sure everything was OK. And lastly, they need to develop some more flexibility. I tried to cancel a walk I had scheduled due to the horrible smoke in the air from the California wildfires. It was not safe for my dog to go outside and breathe the air. The air quality was so unhealthy, the city cautioned all people to remain indoors and schools were canceled. But Wag would not let me cancel the walk without charging me a cancellation fee, even though the circumstances were beyond my control.
