2 no shows on training our dog! Both booked time out of my busy week, which I might add, I took off work!! They flake then block me Great work ethic.

The walkers are great, however dealing with administration Is maddening. There is now way to actually speak to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I paid over $65 for a caregiver to leave my dog without water. I don’t even know if she was walked. I can’t begin to describe how furious I am. They charged me an additional $10 for the July 4th holiday but there are zero people answering the phones so what the hell is the extra charge for? They also added a $10 tip to the service for themselves that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. The last time we used this service we had property stolen and they did nothing to make it right. We hoped it was a fluke but this entire company is disgusting. Zero customer service, walkers and care givers do not follow care instructions and can’t be trusted and nobody to answer the f phone.

What a scam! I created my account on wag! and sent an invite to one potential dogsitter who was unavailable. The next thing i know I've received a message, while in the middle of a meeting, that i have limited time to review other offers. An hour later i find that i've had someone assigned to me with the payment already approved. It took me over an hour to figure out how to cancel (I had to download their app), and how to deactivate my account - since deleting appears to be an impossible task. I only hope my credit card info is also deleted. I will never use this app again!!!

My dog was left outside his cage !!!! Why would they do that when I specifically told them to cage my dog … he got into many things … poorly job done by the walker

Customer service is terrible. I requested a conversation, with customer service, to discuss my concerns, at least 5 times. Each time, they send the same automated response to send an email. Sent email with my phone number and never got a call back. Terrible customer service. I am canceling this app again. They don't care about their customers.

Worst company ever! I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop sending me stuff. They send me stuff every day. They text me every day from different phone numbers. I want nothing to do with this company and they keep bothering me! Do not sign up for them. do not go near this company stay as far away from them as you can they’re the worst! Because once you sign up, they don’t leave you alone. They must be desperate.

To be fair most of the walkers I have had have been wonderful. My complaint is with the service and app itself. You can never get a resolution on any issues through text. They used to have live folks to talk to - lot better than. Service through App has gone downhill.
