All of our walkers have been reliable and kind to our old, slow, sometimes stubborn dog. The app needs to hire more walkers near me. The app sends me a text at 3 am every day we have a 6 am walker scheduled. It wakes me up which I don’t appreciate

The app is quick and easy to use. Free lockbox arrived in a timely manner, as well. Overall, love the quality of the walkers. Biggest complaint is timeliness. Walkers are consistently late, which oftentimes makes me late. Perhaps giving walkers more time to travel between appointments would be better.

Overall I’m very happy using Wag. In the occasional instance when the scheduled walker cancels the walk, it has been difficult to determine if and when a new walker will arrive. I’ve had to reschedule altogether or figure out a backup plan which can be frustrating.

It is really convenient and a great service. I just wish the app would let you look up particular walkers snd that the text function through the app eould work.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is you must know your dog. There can be last minute changes of walkers, so your dog has to be acceptable of all people, men/women and different walking styles.

It's like uber for pet sitting! So convenient! I've had a couple of issues with no shows but I use it so much it is not a frequent issue. I just wish they had a way to deal with no shows better. Also, I can only see previous "walks" not "sitting". I would like to go back and see report cards and what not for sitting.

I love being able to depend on someone to come let my dog out while gone for such long periods of time. They are usually quite punctual and give good updates. I wish the pricing was a little lower. There has been some instances where people have played with my dog on the side of my house where there is mud when I have a huge backyard with grass. Then I find chunks of mud inside my home. Not sure the thinking behind that one. Also when my dog doesn’t pee the whole 20 min they have been let out...something not right there. But that has only been a couple instances. For the most part I have had really great people letting my dog out and I appreciate them!

For the most part the walkers are very nice and very good with the dogs they sometimes have problems getting a walker if you’ve only given them a few hours or if someone else cancels also their system of notification is terrible it’s a contact a walker but it doesn’t contact them they don’t get the message and then that you don’t get any response or so when you try to contact The office it takes a long time for them to get back to you
