What a great opportunity to spend time with “man’s best friend” and help pet parents while being able to choose one’s own hours to work. The only set back is I don’t always get a picture and information on the dog when I choose a walk. For example, does he prefer to walk or run? Does he walk well on a leash or is he just learning? How much does the dog weigh?

There are some people who do not take the time to read my instructions but overall I like the service

support isn’t always very helpful but depends on the person you get on the phone, sometimes they are great sometimes they give dumb or unhelpful advice, walks are getting harder to come by but hopefully that gets better

The service is easy to set up and the customer service has been great. I do run into some issues with the app on occasion but other than that I am very satisfied

Great Customer Service all the way. A few items to take note of to make application more effective. 1. Notifications not received fast enough to request them. 2. Earnings page should show pending status of earned money, when the walk, sitting, boarding is in progress. Otherwise the application seems to be expanding well.

I love being a walker for wag, but recently with the new app update I am receiving no notifications. Other walkers are having this same problem. Customer service does not respond to my texts and when I called, they were not helpful. I just need better support. It was great in the beginning.

Have had WAG! employees take care of my dogs while i'm out for work meetings and such, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Kind staff that really cares for your pets.

I love the wag walk concept and I absolutely love that I can see when, where my baby is walking as well as what she is doing but that only when the app is working most of the time the app does not work. AND the app DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL A WALK. I definitely did not like that the wag people assigned several people to walk my dog. If I ask for a specific Walker and that Walker is not available the wag representative should make sure I am good with THEIR next choice not just assign anyone they please to come walk my dog. I am also gender specific they should ask that also. When it got to be too many walkers knowing the lock box # to enter my home I was done using wag. Like I said I love the concept and the live walk WHEN the app worked but too many people entering my home is not good for me.
