Seamless interaction from downloading the app to the wag walker arriving at my door. Ja’da was friendly and my sometimes anxious dog was very happy to meet her. I had the chance on the app to rate and tip her and I was delighted it was all so easy!

Wag! seems like an overall nice application. With a few improvements, it could be a very nice application. The company has likely helped keep thousands of dogs (cats, and other animals) housed, healthy, and happy. This is very significant. Customer service seems very supportive, the design has a great concept and general feel, the insurance can be very supportive. Some work is a work in progress, but as the company develops, it will likely continue to progress along the way. One of the largest concerns I hear in relation to Wag! is in relation to walker compensation. 40% is a very large take, particularly in consideration of other platforms taking partial amounts (15% - 20%). With some simple adjustments, Wag! could easily up the ante to better compete with some of their counterparts. Additionally, it may be less confusing to users if the interface had more distinctive, independent features. Notes expressed, Wag's consideration to detail in regard to individual animals and individual care is a very nice feature many other applications do not offer. For animals with specific behavioral concerns, this is truly a great asset, as well as a safety mechanism for 'at-risk' breeds, like Staffies or Doberman. The application, standalone, can be super fun. The algorithms or pairing can be genuinely amazing, and it's likely the company has employed many, many people within in-between phases, throughout their careers. There may be some mixed reviews online, but it's worth it to try for yourself. It's likely your dog will thank you.
