Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review, Andi. We're sorry to hear your experience with the Wag! app hasn't been smooth—that is not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. If there are specific issues you'd like our team to look into, please reach out via the virtual chat at support.wagwalking.com to connect directly with an agent, so we can see what you're seeing and help where we can. We're really glad to hear that you've used Wag! to connect with Taylor—she sounds like an exceptional Caregiver. On time every time, deeply intuitive and patient with Memphis, and clearly capable when he's behaving like a rambunctious Great Dane puppy. The fact that she also makes sure his water bowl is full before leaving and gives your cat some extra attention says everything about her care for your fur family. It's clear Memphis absolutely adores her—and that bond is the heart of great pet care. Thank you again for sharing such thoughtful feedback—we'd love to connect soon on your experience and look forward to continuing to support you and your fur family!
