It is a very easy to use app! The only challenge is when ordering an "ASAP" walk, it isn't ASAP. People typically can't walk your dog an hour or more after you put in your "ASAP" request. Now, this could be more of a people thing as opposed to a flaw in the app but that would be more only "gripe" with WAG. Other than that, everyone has been very kind that's walked my furry baby!

Love the service and walkers. Had nothing but great experiences. The switch to the 3 hour windows is not great though. When my dog has already been home alone for several hours another 3 hours is a big deal. A 2 hour window is more acceptable but still not ideal. We pay a decent amount of money to walk our dog and making us pay extra for a specific time is just nickel and diming the customer and I don’t think I’ll be using wag much longer if something doesn’t change. Thank you

just had a mishap happen with a walker and wag did not get back to me in a timely fashion. whats more is my dog was injured and they did not offer me any kind of help. disappointed.

Our Walker is 5 stars for sure! The company has a website which is horrible! Makes working with them difficult, time consuming, etc.

Wag is fine. It would be nice if they offered promo codes for existing users or if additional walks could receive the regular scheduled walk discount without having to contact customer support.

sometime walkers are late in coming or cancel.I have waited 2hrs for dog walker to come.at 10:30 at night. It was for 8 :00 walk. Billing is is bad.
