Do not trust this terrible company
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had, almost ridiculously so. I was offered 3 free walks - fine. It is a lot of trust to hand over our house keys to strangers, so this is a good way for this company to gain my trust to enter my house and take care of my baby. When I received the Wag lockbox, I received incorrect codes. I got a 3-digit code for a lock that required 4 numbers - and two sets of them. I booked the first walk, and then tried to open the lock, to which I spent about 10 minutes of my time trying to figure it out, and then asked my husband to figure it out. I then spent 30 minutes in my garage trying to find MY own lockbox, and contacted customer service that I would use mine - since I could not EDIT my reserved walk with new information. (The application itself is terrible). Customer support said they would edit my walk to reflect my new code, don't worry! But they did not edit it, and the walker could not get in. They apologized profusely (this is a trend in their company), and that MY lockbox information was now for sure in the system!! It was NOT. Then some Susannah texted me and said she would book my second walk. I said OK - even though I was severely unimpressed with this company so far. (I mean, I have received numerous "we've had issues" in texts just for one walk). I was leaving for London, and decided to book a walk on the day I left. By the time I checked my texts during my vacation - TWO WALKS HAD BEEN SCHEDULED THE SAME DAY, the first walker couldn't get in (of course), but somehow figured it out. My dog was walked twice on the same day, he had DIARRHEA from these idiot strangers in my house, and the cherry on top: I was charged $15. Worst application interface - cheap and no development; really stupid customer support; and a company that has access to your credit card, charging it incorrectly. AND MY DOG GOT SICK. WORST COMPANY.
