HORRIBLE COMPANY!! THEY lost this womans dog who is a single mother, has a little boy who is very close to this dog and they will NOT help the woman find the dog. instead, they offered the woman 2500 dollars to not mention this to the news and then they sent her a letter threatening her for making "false statements." NOT ONE statement made by this woman has been false. She is very close to her dog who is been missing for almost a month now and was spotted INJURED by merrick road on long island in Massapequa. If this were my dog I would be freaking out. My dog is like my child, literally. I almost used Wag a couple of months ago, they even sent me a lock to get ready to have them enter my home and walk my dog. THANK GOD I did not use them because my Dad told me it is a HORRIBLE idea. Any company can say their employees are background checked etc. but it doesn't mean they are professionals with animals. This dog was in the crate NOT WEARING HIS COLLAR that is meant to be worn to keep track of this dog buddy while his family was in florida and he was being watched by the WAG employee. Then, the dog bolted out the front door when the crate door was open. How come precautions were not used in the home that the wag employee was boarding this dog? This company PROMISES that you can track your dog at all times when in their care and this dog, along with MANY OTHER DOGS were not wearing this gps tracker that they promise you. These flyers are put up by the woman and wag has refused to help in the searched for this dog but tells the public they have done their very best. This is unbelievable and I am so glad I never used Wag, but I really wish this dog buddy would be found because these flyers break my heart and this company has had no right to do what they have done to this family. DO NOT USE WAG IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR DOG TO GO MISSING !!

My sister's family's dog was lost by a Wag sitter almost three weeks ago. They cut short a Disney vacation to find their pet. She has led the search, with her two small children, every day since. Wag! has "put up flyers." Big deal! Now they are sending her cease-and-desist letters for telling the truth. Still Buddy is lost. All she wants is to FIND THE DOG! There is no malice here, just heartbreak, and there is no libel, just the truth: Buddy is gone, and Wag! has not done enough to find him. Now they are blaming the victim.

Lost Buddy a dog and have done absolutely nothing to help find him...sad, senseless and heartbreaking. Don't do business with a company who does nothing when they lose a family pet.

All you need to do is go to the Facebook page "Find Buddy" and if you love your pet ... you will never use this company!!! Wag! recommended a sitter that lost the family's beloved pet forcing them to cut their long awaited family vacation short to come home and search for their him. Wag! promised to have people out helping, hire professional trackers and they have done very little to help this family find their pet who has now been lost for weeks! There is a Facebook page set up to help find him and there has been plenty of press coverage and Wag! is refusing to help because they are getting negative news coverage and feed back. It's hard enough to leave your beloved pets when going away but to have this happen and provide no assistance is unacceptable. I wouldn't trust this website or anyone they recommend after seeing what this poor family has had to endure the last few weeks! Now after a slew of negative reviews they are posting excellent reviews to bury all of the bad press and harassing the owner with cease and desist letters!!! Shameful ... this family just wants their dog back! He is a companion for a young boy with hearing issues!!!

They lose dogs left and right and don't own up to it, nor do they help find them so that they can protect their business! #findbuddy

My friends left their dog with someone who should have been trusted and their dog was lost and Wag not only has not done a single thing to help find their dog, they threatened to not refund their money if they spoke publicly about it. And 3 weeks later, their dog is still missing and all this time was wasted thinking Wag was upholding their agreement and had a search party looking for him. Awful.

DO NOT USE WAG!!! They lose dogs and do nothing to help! Poor Buddy was lost while in their care, the community has been looking non stop to help find this poor dog while wags sits back and does nothing to help this family! How horrible. I would never trust them with my pet! Do the right thing as a business and help this family find their dog that was lost while in your care!
