Terrible site! sent two dis-functional otterbox cases! even after they assured me the second case would be checked! probably cause the cases are fake! after 2 months of exchanges, lost packages and poor products i asked for a refund which 2 weeks later i still have not received! terrible service!! AVOID! AVOID!!

Company are in Hong Kong but do not disclose this. Everything in sterling to deceive you into thinking it is coming from UK. 6 days to dispatch and further 10 days to arrive. Beware customs charges on large items. Avoid in favour of British suppliers. I wish I had.

Product arrived without package, switched on, scratched and with Chinese instructions. I compared it to a friends and the differences lead me to believe it is a fake. It came from Hong Kong, when I was led to believe it was coming from the U.S. the price I paid reflects US pricing. I could have saved $60, if I had bought the same fake product from Hong kong via eBay.

Great experience with them, order showed up pretty fast and all communications were responded to quickly and when the item had a malfunction they replaced it right away!

Buenos precios, rapidos, muy buena comunicación. Solventan los problemas y se hacen cargo de todo. Gracias.

Thanks for the quick delivery. I'll be back.

They were very quick to send the 3 gifts which I ordered for my children. Each was packed nicely. Thanks a lot Wacky dot and I'll shop with you again in the future.

I ordered a phone case from WackyDot recently and what was delivered didn't match my order. I contacted customer support and they responded quickly to make things right. The level of courtesy and professionalism displayed was a pleasant surprise. I would do business with them again.
