I was reluctant at first to purchase a Volkswagen Navigation System from a third party private sale without a code included. Note : This was a legitimate transaction as the owner replaced his original equipment with a more desirable piece and it was not stolen or acquired in any illegitimate way. I was able to get a good deal on the unit so I purchased it begin looking for ways to acquire the code myself without a Vin number from the original vehicle. I came across VW codes.com and after some in-depth investigating from other customer reviews, I decided to utilize their service. It was 2 AM on Sunday so I didn’t expect to hear back in a couple of hours. However when I checked my phone in the early morning, I did receive a few emails regarding the acknowledgement of my inquiry and apologies for being slightly slower considering it was a weekend. Again I have no problem with this because I half expected it. I’d also like to mention that one of their emails concerns whether or not the unit was stolen or had any poor history behind it so to speak. So , if you have stolen a radio or acquired it knowing it has a questionable past, your money will not be refunded nor will you receive a code. This is clearly stated before you have an opportunity to put in your information and payment as well. I find this to be a respectable practice and also depicts a level of professionalism. By the early evening of that same Sunday I had the functioning code! It was so worth the money I paid. Would’ve cost me some more time without a doubt and probably a headache . The experience was everything I hoped it could’ve been. Quick , easy and 100% functional! Hats off to this company. I would certainly recommend, if you were in any sort of position that I found myself in, to shell out a couple of dollars and let them take care of business. For the record : It is November 20th 2017 which is a Monday as I am making this review the following day. Items regarded in this review : ‘09’ RNS510 VW Navi into a 2005.5 VW Jetta MKV . Got the missing code for my RNS300...it worked exactly as the web site suggested (vwcodes.org checks if they can retrieve PIN based on device ser nr VWZ1Z...-> payment via ebay -> in less then 24 hours got the correct code in my mail). I had a few issues of my own...and folks from vwcodes replied timely on my mails (regarding firing up my RNS on the test bench, without CAN bus connected to it).

I had replaced my RNS510 with the original RCD510. I purchased the code originally in July 2016 and had since lost the email with the information. On emailing VWCODES and explained the situation they re sent the code to me. NO EXTRA COST! Great service and I have recommended multiple people to them for VW Radio codes with great results also.
