I purchased a code and did not receive it within two hours as the website promised. In fact I did not receive a code at all. I emailed the retailer the next day to request a refund. A day later the retailer replied and promised a full refund. 10 days later still no received a refund but retailer sent me an email containing a code. This turned out to be the incorrect code for my radio. 14 days later still no refund and and I do not have the correct code from my radio.

Code took 5 days to come through, not 2 hours. Company also never responded to my emails to enquire why it was taking so long. Not a great experience overall, probably easier and worth the extra cost to just go to the VW dealership...

It works great. I got my radiocode in less than a few minutes. Great Support and very nice people. Now i can sell my Audi Chorus Radio.

Service was quick and accurate. Took less than 30 minutes to get the pin code and it worked perfectly.

Scammers no code after 2 days and not responding to any emails. All of these reviews must be botted and fake!

Easier and cheaper than going to the dealer. No hassle payment and quick turnaround.
