Very satisfying

I got big into moissanite this year and love to shop around! With that being said, vvs box has caught my eye multiple times, and I can admit that I have never made a purchase with them and still give an honest review. Some of the products look great! I don’t even judge them for some products being plated brass or plated copper, as most sites that have quality products (gold or white gold plated 925 silver) also have cheaper alternatives with cz or rhinestone that are copper or brass plated with silver/gold.. but I have seen too many people complaining about buying moissanite items that failed the diamond tester. Low quality moissanite still passes the diamond test. The Mohs rating is 9.25 which means it will always ping to the beeping (red) zone on a STANDARD diamond tester. More advanced testers may not do that because they do more than just test thermal conductivity to determine if something is or isn’t a diamond. If you google whether vvs box and kankco are the same company, it will tell you that they are. I almost didn’t leave a review, but I noticed that they replied on the kankco fb page, to my comment from a week ago asking why they had so many disgruntled customers on trust pilot and they hit me back this morning claiming that the negative reviews were from customers who ordered custom pieces that took upward of six weeks to complete, and the customers not noticing that the lead time was so extensive.. that may have worked for me, had I not read trust pilot reviews prior to seeing it. Someone had replied that they were vvs box (like a day after my post to them), and I noticed that the persons response had been deleted. My review is more of a “buyer beware” as you may get some good stuff from them.. but you may not. I notice pretty much all reviews here are from folks who have 1-2 reviews made.. since I have maybe a dozen under my belt, I felt the need to post my feedback and opinion so that folks wouldn’t have to worry about whether or not I was a bot, or working directly with the company to make claims that weren’t true. Not all of my reviews are for jewelry or moissanite related, but I can assure you that if I didn’t buy from a company and rated them that I am open and honest about it, and explain why I am trying to give people feedback prior to them gambling their finances away. For those who already spent and are awaiting arrivals, don’t let this fully dissuade you from hope! I have seen seemingly real fb users claiming to love the product! I have also seen a lot of negative experiences. I got a beautiful 5ct moissanite men’s ring from Temu that showed up yesterday, not only was it stamped 925 on the inside, but the 5ct stone is gorgeous and passed the diamond tester… cost me around 53 bucks. Do your research before you buy with any company!! Tons of vendors on temu selling cz or rhinestone as moissanite and plenty selling jewelry that isn’t what they label it.
