I sent email regarding shipping of my order which is paid for and no response ! I was about to do another purchase but I won't purchase anything else until this matter is resolved !

My purchase date is 9/23/2025, my items are still being processed by your company, in my experience this is very slow and unacceptable. I’m disappointed in the process and it makes me think that I should report this to PayPal. I requested a shipping tracking information to your costumer service and the reply was that I needed to wait. Today I still have no new text or email pertaining to this $800 + purchase To be honest I feel that once I receive my order the quality will not be as expected for the price that I paid. I hope I get to be proven wrong, but almost 3 weeks to deliver is just outrageous.
