Previous week, I created account on vultr, and deposite 40$, and absolutely deploy a server for website hosting. after two or third day, I want change my active credit card to the new card, but due to internet issue, I failed two time to change credit card. after 24 hours I recieved message on gmail, "**IMPORTANT** Additional Verification Needed". I did it perfectly, first time they did not validate it, but I attemp second time, they block my account after some hours. However, I lost my all websites that was host on the server. Now, My account got suspended, and my data that was host on the server, lost. They suspended my account that's not big problem for me, The problem is, I lost my data that was host on server, and I'm not sure my balance will be refund. So, Please refund my money, give me chance to recover my data, or please reactivate my account.

When you says not satisfied and ask them a refund, they will immediately closed your account and your project will be lost. Say no more for this if you want protect your precious project! Bad and unstable service, worst customer support ever

The support is really bad, the answers are like just copy past, robots, I Believe they DON'T Read your issue!! And at the end they will pushe you ti Upgrade! It was really a bad experience, I've hear that Digitalocean is a bit expansive but the get your back in support!!!

I got scammed. They offer a $ 100 coupon to test their services, but after you sign up they tell you that it doesn't work. I have claimed and they do not care. I have evidence and captures of what I say. I do not recommend these scammers. Me han estafado. Ofrecen un cupón de 100$ para probar sus servicios, pero despues de registrarte te dicen que no funciona. He reclamado y les da igual. Tengo pruebas y capturas de lo que digo. No los recomiendo.
