Hi Ahmed, we do not offer a customer loyalty program currently. We also take account protection seriously, so any time our system detects a fraudulent login or other issues, we may lock your account to protect your services. You will be notified via email of the action and allowed to verify yourself with documentation so we can ensure we are re-opening the account for the registered owner.

Hi, there are several reasons why promotional credit will be revoked. Promotional credits are only valid for new accounts. If our system determines that you have previously had an account or signed up for multiple accounts simultaneously to take advantage of the credit. In any instance, you will receive a notification from us telling you exactly why the credits were revoked.

Hey there. SSH and VPN connections to your VPS require a stable internet connection. If your cell service on your phone is limited, then that could be why you keep getting disconnected. However, if your VPS cannot be connected via the Vultr Control Panel, we recommend submitting a support ticket so our team can see what is happening. If our availability falls below our guarantees, accounts will be eligible for SLA credits based on any affected instances' hourly costs.

During outages, our support team will provide information in your control panel to let you know if your instances are affected and that we are working on a resolution. Tickets are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so if the outage restoration did not resolve your issue, we would look into your account to find out what is happening. Of course, we will use your feedback to improve our services and hope you will reach out if you need anything else from us.
