i'd give it 0 stars if i could now, flipped is not free anymore, even though it has been for a while and now i can't watch it anymore, and im not paying for that. and y'all also only make the good and older movies free for a certain amount of time and it's not fair.

If I could make it zero starts I would. Seriously not worth your time. Movies are to expensive and if your using an Xbox to look through movies it’s literally impossible to find the free movies. Worthless.

Vudu used to be awesome. You could share your movie library with friends and family. It was on its way to being the best streaming site, but someone dropped the ball. Now it is just a plain ole digital library.

I have had Vudu for years and I have over 500 movies that I have purchased or redeem on Vudu. I have never had any issues ever. I don’t know what these other reviews are taking about. I’ve had 3 different internet providers and have had no issues what so ever and I would highly recommend this service.

Vudu is poodu Streaming is slow not due to home WiFi bandwidth or download speeds but due to their Network. Everyone seems to have this issue.

Vudu is such trash. I can’t even watch a movie for 2 minutes without it erroring. I’ve tried resetting everything too. Stay away from this garbage. Just buy the hard copy of a movie and screw Vudu.

Vudu is trash. I bought a movie in store with a promo code for $5 off a Vudu movie, but the movie didn't have a code so I was told to contact the company giving out the promo. I contacted Vudu and over many days of going back and forth, sending pictures of the movie and stickers of the promo, they just tell me that they can't give me another code. Their customer service is trash.

I was a happy customer for years with VUDU, and their customer service was excellent. They never hesitate to resolve any problem(s) that I may have had, they made you not mind spending your money. They use to have it where you could delete your own movies you purchased, for whatever reason that changed, and that was alright, for I called once to remove a movie that I did not know had nudity in it, and the gentlemen removed it for me and credit me, and I purchased another movie. Neither did they always have the Parent Guide. When I realized they did, I thought WOW great! However, I see that parent guide does not always give the proper review for a movie. I purchased MIRRORS (2008) which had nudity, I'm to old for all that, which is my preference not too. I have purchase 254 movies with VUDU, and I am done with purchasing anything else. If I had not purchased another movie when they credit it to me awhile back I could see them not credit it to me again, How hard is it to credit someone that has purchased a good some of movies, So of course I told them to just delete the movie, and lose the $16 and some change. Having no problems these days was a blessing, somethings can't last forever!
