vudu is garbage. ive gotten double charged on every purchase for at least the past year and i just realized. they say its a mocrosoft issue and microsoft says its a vudu issue. either way im not getting my money back. i will never use vudu or recommend it to anyone.

Deceptive practices and poor customer service. I have 3 separate issues. First, I was forced to make a purchase or lose expiring credits so I bought 3 movies. I have never watched any of the three and asked Vudu for them to be deleted, but also be provided with an equal credit so that I could buy movies I actually want. This has been done for other customers but I was told no. Second, I was using Vudu’s disc-to-digital service and accidentally select SD instead of HD on a movie. Vudu allowed me to delete that movie and receive a credit, but Vudu did not adjust my allotment of D2D titles for the year. When I followed up with customer service, they refused to adjust the allotment, even though I was originally told it would be automatically adjusted. Lastly, I asked for my complaint to be escalated and have heard nothing in 4 days. It’s reasons like this people are leaving Vudu for Apple/iTunes and other competitors.

I would give them Zero if I could! I downloaded the Office on my PC and it worked for a bit before I reached out to them and said downloads were only compatible with Apple. I know about 50 people wanting to stream this show again. They LIE and are not straightforward on their website. I will continue to review until I get my $74.00 back on a joke and a lie!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will not do business with Vudu again and I suggest others do not ever use the Vudu service. I have three coupons from recently purchased Ruku devices and they are not working. After contacting via phone 2 times and opening a ticket on the Vudu web support system, including uploading copies of the 3 coupons, Vudu still will not credit my account. They are closing the ticket! Based on the reviews I am reading and my own experience, Vudu is a company that wants to go out of business!

I can load everything perfect. all of their ads, previews, but my movies? not so much. won't load my movies. went to Netflix? loaded immediately, went to Hulu? loaded immediately. back to vudu? loading.

For $20 to rent a “Home Premiere” you have only 24 hours to watch it & it will shut off, regardless if you are already in the process of watching it (instead of stopping you from rewinding or starting over). What a greedy little group of thieves in these Covid lockdown days.

Rented and downloaded 6 movies. Only 2 played. The other 4 would not. But...they still took my money!

The commercial with Satan needs to be removed it offends believers in GOD and it is disgusting to have to see the MATCH commercial. Movies are fine.
