The locking mechanisms seem to be a weak point in the machine design. I have received one machine with broken welds on the posts that secure the lock to the door and I have experienced posts bending and becoming compromised during transport to vending locations from my warehouse through just the weight shifting and mass of the door, itself. I would like to seem this changed or addressed, as this is this security flaw is a loss of the main peace of mind that is essential for an operator when leaving a machine in a nightlife venue.

Sorry for the experience. There is no excuse for broken welds or bending posts. I’m unsure how it happened, but if you’ve already contacted support and the resolution isn’t satisfactory, email me directly at [email protected]. I will get involved. No excuse for this. The locks: You are correct. The locks aren’t built to be heavy duty. They keep honest people honest. If there is a security risk, we have alternative options plus some future improvements that we are working on. Thank you for the feedback. Jordan Brown, CEO
