VTM Vending: Pokémon card, vape and smart vending machines with U.S.-based support. VTM Vending designs and supplies smart vending machines for operators, from first-time owners placing one machine to businesses running a multi-site route. Our lineup includes Pokémon and trading card vending machines, vape and nicotine pouch vending machines, and the new AI-powered Smart Cooler, in wall-mounted and freestanding models built for bars, shops and other high-traffic locations. Every machine runs on the same platform: a 32-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity and a pre-installed Nayax cashless terminal that accepts cards, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay and other digital wallets. Coil sizes adjust to fit your products, so the same machine can sell card packs, vapes, nicotine pouches or small collectibles. For age-restricted products, an optional ID scanner reads the customer's driver's license before the sale. Our Vending Management System and mobile app let you run every machine from one place. Track sales and restock alerts in real time, update products and on-screen ads remotely, restart a machine, set user permissions and export reports, with your data hosted in the U.S. Service is what our customers mention most. Late delivery that we paid $300 for…
Late delivery that we paid $300 for because they wouldn’t let us pick it up. And they over charged us in my opinion.

Five-Star Experience Before Even Going Live
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with VapeTM so far. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. The machine itself was incredibly easy to set up, and VapeTM has created detailed how-to videos that answer virtually every question you could have. On the rare occasion I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for, their team responded quickly and provided clear, helpful guidance. A special shoutout to Jarrett, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values customer support as much as VapeTM does. While I haven’t started processing transactions yet, we’re installing the machine tomorrow, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the machine, the setup process, and the level of support I’ve received. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend VapeTM to anyone considering entering the vending business or expanding their current operation. Excellent customer service, fast communication, great training resources, and a company that truly stands behind its customers.

They make sure each customer has…
They make sure each customer has personal help, to make sure each machine is delivered correctly and the way you want. Its just not an online company that doesnt answer the phone :-) I appreciate all their help!!

The Only One to Choose
The machines are fantastic, easy to set up, durable, easy to use. The bar owners love them. The customer service agents are extremely responsive and get you the help you need quickly.
