1 STAR — $52,000+ INVESTMENT AND WE’RE LOSING MONEY EVERY DAY Extremely disappointed with VapeTM. We have invested over $52,000 in VapeTM equipment, and unfortunately, the machines have not performed the way we were led to believe they would. When you invest that kind of money into vending equipment, you expect the machines to work reliably and, more importantly, you expect the company to stand behind its product when they don’t. Instead, we’ve experienced ongoing problems with the machines, and we are losing money every single day that they aren’t functioning properly. What makes this even more frustrating is the customer support. Getting someone from VapeTM to actually respond and help resolve technical problems has been extremely difficult. When you’re dealing with a machine that’s sitting in a business and supposed to be generating revenue, waiting around for support isn’t acceptable. We’ve spent more than $52,000 with this company. That’s not a small purchase, and we shouldn’t have to chase someone down just to get equipment working properly. And we’re not the only customers reporting issues. Public reviews on Trustpilot describe problems involving machines malfunctioning, dispensing issues, software problems, difficulty reaching technical support, and lost sales. At this point, our experience has been incredibly frustrating. $52,000+ is a significant investment, and having equipment that doesn’t work while the company is difficult to reach is unacceptable. If you’re considering investing in VapeTM, I strongly recommend doing your homework and looking beyond the sales pitch. Ask them exactly what happens when your machine stops working, how quickly technical support responds, and who is responsible for the revenue you lose while the machine is down. We invested heavily in these machines expecting them to make money. Instead, we’re losing money every day because they aren’t working properly. $52,000+ invested. Machines not working properly. Lost revenue. Extremely difficult support. Very disappointed.

My machine showed up a little beat up and missing id scanner.They said they would ship the id scanner 2 day air. I never did receive it. I contacted them multiple times but got no reply. Finally I just demanded a refund. When I opened the machine it looked like a ten yr old put it together. Loose nuts on antennas missing nuts for card reader, I would call it shotty workmanship. Not even a basic direction book on how the machine works. I just thot for $4000 it would be put together right and I would get some customer service. I won't buy from them again. Their lackluster efforts made it so I couldn't deploy that machine for the 4th of July weekend and probl'y made me lose at least 3000 in sales for the weekend. Buzzbot can suck it

They Couldn't get the order correct. Refused to correct their mistake and overnight the part after repeating the same mistake twice.

Software is immature, many options do not work or are missing the intended functionality. Further you are locked into their software, Reyeah won't allow you to switch to their software. Support team is not equipped to support you. Each time you request support, they simply have to contact Reyeah and then reach back out with a low-quality support video from the manufacturer. Support seemed to not understand basics of things like firmware, hardware, software, etc. One of the interactions with the support they were downright condescending in the email of all places. To be completely fair, the machine itself works great as itself delivers the products as intended and even knows when it fails to deliver the product. If you want anything beyond the basics this is not the machine for you. The moment you want to customize the machine with themes, categories, or other already listed functionality the system is just not capable. Adding advertisements, to the top and front functionality does not work as advertised. The shopping cart feature is a complete disaster as well. Too many broken/missing functionality pieces to name in this box. I offered to hop on a call with their team to offer valuable feedback before placing this review. They originally set a date but then cancelled the meeting without reaching out. I reached out to them about this, they said they were too busy. No follow-up was ever received by VapeTM or their team from this date, over a month ago. I'm still looking for a new supplier, for machines supplier as I don't have faith in any ability to scale with VapeTM.
