Avoid! Only got 50% refund and the material was awful! Requested to return as per the website returns policy and they refused

The dress is awful
The dress is awful, I will never be able to wear it. Nothing like it was advertised as. I only managed to get 50%of my money back. The company is a total sham. I am furious.

Bought a dress
Bought a dress, too small, asked for an authorised returns label, offers ranging from £10 to £25 and keep the dress! Contacted PayPal who opened a dispute only to have it declined as the company only offer refunds for faulty goods, not advertised that way at all!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they’re a disgrace!!

I was quite disappointed with the dress. Not the material I was expecting. Wanted it for a wedding but it was a too every day dress not for a special occasion
