Shopping was fine Tracking and delivery was way too slow! I do however, like the items once I finally received them!!

The clothes are nice but run SMALL. When trying to return they DO NOT ANSWER! Took 4 days writing everyday and finally they gave me only half my $ back in the end!! Huge headache!!! Never buying again! Site says refunds not partial!!!!!

Need to exchange for larger size. Asked (emailed) several times no one will tell me where to return my size M for a size L

I purchased three tops, believing the items to be made of mostly natural fibers in America as the ad stated. The items came in bags clearly marked Made in China. One of the items is clearly not made from natural fibers. Everything fits ok and is wearable, but beware of false advertising!

I received my sweaters in a decent amount of time (2-3 weeks) and I liked all of them. My issue with them is that I needed to exchange a couple items for larger sizes. They offered me a credit for a certain amount to keep it and I refused. They offered me more and I refused. They finally conceded but I had to pay frieght. This was 2 weeks ago....i haven't seen anything yet.

I've been waiting for my items for almost a month. I ordered them on Dec 3rd. They state they shipped it on Dec 8th, but the tracking hasn't moved from NJ since that date. I've contacted customer service on multiple occasions and they are no help. They keep telling me to be patient, but shipping from NJ (if in fact that's where the items actually are) does not take that long. They state on their FB ad that the items are made in South Carolina, but I don't know if I believe that either.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Jumper arrived, different colours in real life and the worst thing is not made of cotton, I’d already messaged to ask what it was made from and they replied ‘cotton’ it feels very synthetic. Same as others bartered for refund, might get 50% back. They use the reason of being in Dubai not to post things back even though they advertise a uk distribution point. What a waste of money.

I ordered two dresses. Both came not as expected. Anyway I kept one which wasn’t supposed to be made out of polyester but I’m pretty sure it is as I hate polyester so always check the material information but, funny thing theres no label inside the dress with the material information on it. I contacted them and information given by the customer service despite offering 30 days free return stated due to the amount the cost to ship back to Dubai it’s too expensive so they offered me 10 usd refund on a 39 usd product. After a lot of back and forth I will receive only 29 usd refund without having to return the dress I will never wear. So firstly. Consumer rights incorrect information given on purchases. However if this is the case that’s fine but they should make people aware.
