I bought an intake, installed it, tested it, and got terrible gas mileage. Obviously I don't want to keep it but they "can't accept returns on used products." So don't buy anything you don't want to keep forever.

VR Speed Factory is a great website to purchase from, they have a large selection of parts for the best prices that I have seen, they also price match. The shipping on my order was free because it was over $100, they took the libery of not using the cheapest shipping, but they used 2nd Day Air and got the package to me as fast as possible. I'm really satisfied with the overall buying experience. However, after I purchased my item I wasn't sure how the shipping worked, I tried to email the company with no reply on the first email, and a bit of a late reply on the second email. I will definitely buy from this website again and recommend it to others, but I hope that next time they can try to get to my email a bit faster than almost 3 days later.
