~ Fast reply and the products are complete!. Really satisfied with the outcome of the Injen air intake! Your Shipment #100014910 for Order #100022457

Ordered an ST suspension for my car. VRSF beat the best price I could find by $175. Order, shipped the next day. Tiago is easy to work with so don't hesitate to e-mail him with any questions you have. If you don't see what you are looking for at the VRSF website give Tiago an e-mail. He may have it readily available.

Ordered from this company knowing that part of the negative reviews i'd read were from people who were salty. My order originally had a shipping snag in the beginning but it was quickly resolved with one email and my shipping fees returned to me. Can't beat that kind of customer service. Great company to order from.. no need to be wary people. VRSF is legit!!!

the best price over all stores, and very fast shipping my order number is 100021509 Thanks

I had no problems navigating through the website to purchase my item. I also paid for 2-day delivery via FedEx. However after a week passed I received nothing. No package and no communication. I went back to the website and sent an email to VR Speed Factory Sales because I wanted to know what happened and where is my package and tracking number. However, shortly after sending that message, someone replied and stated that they were sorry that my order was overlooked and they would now process my order immediately. I give them 3 stars so far because after I alerted them to what was going on, they promptly apologized and said that they would fix the issue by processing my order immediately. I am glad about that.

Worth every penny you spend on this product. I'll start with the packaging, it was very well put together meaning nothing would get damaged during shipment each piece is individually wrapped installation packet comes with everything you need to get the job done right the first time (shows you pictures with captions instead of you reading a small novel) they also throw in a nice Injen decal not some cheap sticker you would hate to place somewhere on your car. I'll get to the good stuff now, the welds on the intakes are as clean as they get nothing you would even think that would crack under enough pressure, the webbed nanofiber filters look and sound amazing having the Injen emblem stamped on the top of the filter is a plus they take pride in there products and that shows it. The air scoop does NOT feel like a cheap peice of plastic, you obviously see that it is a plastic peice but once you pick it up you know that it's made from quality. I do think that if they were able to put a small piece of mesh on the mouth of the air scoop that would be nice just as an extra barrier from bugs and debris also utalizing the second air outlet would be something that would be nice just to get that much more air to your filters. Vrsf also carries this product at the lowest price that I have seen on any website and comes with free ground shipping and even with just the ground shipping my intakes got here in 3 days after order was place I'm not complaining about a fast delivery and I doubt you would either. I have bought my Vrsf stepped fmic from the website had the same experience and no complaints. Vrsf does not only care about the quality of the products they carry but they also give you the best customer service, I received emails minutes after purchasing product with my order info/receipt and the moment your package ships you are aware of when it ships and you get the tracking number with the email. All in all I give vrsf and the Injen intakes a 5/5 these guys are killing it and I have no problem with ordering parts for my bmw 335i from them. Thanks VRSF and Injen for the quality service and parts keep up the good work guys! Shipment #100014090 order #100021320

Great service, awesome webinterface, good communications, quality products and super fast shipment. Easy day, all day!

Ordered VRSF Chargepipe for BMW 135i N55. Part came next day after they shipped and overall was a easy install. I had to use the original clamp from as the one they supplied was too small. I was also missing the rubber gasket that some have said should be shipped with the product. I found out it's the same gasket that comes with the oil filter for the car so $9 later after making a quick run to the autoparts store I was up and running.
