VR Speed FactoryReviews of vr-speed.com

Was kinda hesitant to order parts from VR Speed Factory at first even thought there are good review about them, talked to some others online retailer see if they can match there price but none of them can. since there price was the best for downpipe that i wanted, so I went ahead and order it, and i'm glad i did. I Email customer service for a couple question about the part got a response on the same day was Emailed. What can I say 5 stars for excellent customer service and fast shipping, placed order on Friday the 26 received the part on Wednesday July 1 not to mention there store is on the east coast and I'm on the other side of the world (West coast) and free shipping too can't beat it would buy it from VR speed anytime invoice # 799035

Fast shipping and good price. Highly recommended

Initially had an issue with receiving my invoice for the charge pipe and fmic... Sent an email to confirm payment was received on their end, and within the hour had an email back, and a copy of the requested invoice. Next, being new to the n54 platform, I was expecting to reuse/resurface my flywheel as this is common practice across the board on everything else I've ever owned. . I had spent all my money I had alloted for play time, but needed this flywheel to install my southbend stg2 endurance sitting on my bedroom floor. Due to an extended lead time on the fmic - Tiago offered me one heck of a deal on the steel smfw sb53s4 from spec... got him paypal'd and had tracking on the flywheel within the hour of placing the order. As far as product quality, I cannot speak on it yet, however I have no doubt I will be more than satisfied. The customer service provided thus far is nothing short of exceptional and in the future I will undoubtedly be doing business with VRSF. Joe G (Baltimore, MD) 2010 BMW 135i (n54) fbo
