VR Speed FactoryReviews of vr-speed.com

Tiago's customer service is absolutely flawless. I asked if I could substitute the black version of the BOV for the blue and he went out of his way to make sure I got the one I wanted. Also offered a full refund on my O2 sensor fix for catless DPs that I didn't end up using/needing even a year later. Top notch. I'm a repeat customer and will be getting the remainder of my mods I want that are offered from VRSF.

the shipping was 3 days. very fast for free shipping. product was cheapest around and fit great. customer service was fast and great

Won't buy or deal with these guys again. Parts would not ship to the location I requested. After receiving there were no instructions just a lot pieces and guessing. Fitment was a whole other issue, parts were extremely difficult to get in correctly and lined up, even being performed at a professional BMW race and repair facility. All said and done had an inter-cooler I did not end up using and they would not accept any returns for a brand new part still in the box. Terrible customer service after the fact and looking to just get rid of everything I got from them all together.

I found out abouts this intake from a bmw forum page reading really good reviews. After seeing the price, i noticed it was cheaper than most sites. What really surprised me was the customer service. I didn't get an invoice in my email, so i. Contacted vrspeedfactory and got the invoice and an email almost instantly! It doesnt end there. I selected 2 day shipping and got it the next day! Really amazing costumer service. Soon to install product and see how well it goes. Order #100024207

They were fast to respond to my questions, despite it being during the holidays. Great prices, too!

I placed an order on Sunday. Based on options on their site, I requested the item to be shipped to my place of work. Next day I received an email that they only send to billing address, which is fine. I was informed it will be shipped. I contacted them afterwards for tracking and status, no reply since !!! And this was suppose to be 3-5 day shipping. Tomorrow is Friday being the 5th day, yet have not received any emails from them !!!

Splendid. My car literally woke up and came out of the closet! Order # 1ZW388F10343840587 N54 335i M sport.

When piecing together a kit it can be pretty tedious. Vr's site is easy to navigate and their part selection was great. Had the exact bolt ons I was looking for without having 6 different brands thrown at my car. Will buy again when I get some more paper stacked up.
