Hi Laura, Our support did indeed send you a replacement for free. The shipping status says that your mailbox was full when it attempted to be delivered and that you should reschedule the delivery. Since then our support team has tried to reach you 3 times about this without reply from you. We have now tried to reach out to you again on email, to make this right for you, please check your spam folder if you have not received it. We are really sorry about the trouble and inconvenience.

Hi Crystal, It sounds like your print was damaged in shipping which is very unfortunate and we understand about your disappointment. All our wall art is printed on high quality 200 gsm paper.

Hi Romeo, we're sorry to hear that the acrylic glazing wasn't what you expected. Thank you for another review and for cooperating with us regarding this issue so that we can make it right for you. There's unfortunately nothing we can do about the sturdiness of your large frame. It's the world's thinnest 24x36" frame and we've used the absolute strongest aluminum that one can find to create it. The ultra-thin design makes the frame a bit more flexible compared to thicker frames, and it's as sturdy as it can get while being so thin. And we didn't want to make it thicker because then it wouldn't have that ultra-thin look that makes it so unique.
