The first frame I ordered arrived with a crack in the glass, but after contacting Vossington’s customer service (very simple to access) they sent a new frame at no extra charge. The new frame is perfect, very nice quality!

I am very happy with the three 20 x 30 bronze frames I ordered. I was leery of the plexiglass (instead of glass) but it looks perfectly fine and is very light weight. They were an excellent value and arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
