Getting approval for a return was cumbersome, and i still have not received my refund. Coloring not true to life and that’s why I had to return. I was trying to exchange but will not buy from you again.

The acrylic frame was chipped at the bottom corner. Looks like someone dropped it while they were packing the frame because the frame is fine but the acrylic is chipped. Maybe they should have tossed this one aside instead of sending it out to a customer.

Super cheap quality. You could get this for $10 on facebook marketplace. The glass is flimsy so reflections warp.

Hi Mike, I noticed that you did not click on a link in the emails we send out asking everyone for reviews, are you sure you have bought a frame from Vossington? Our products are among the highest quality on the market, which is confirmed in the other reviews.

The quality of these frames is NOT what they used to be. I’ve exclusively bought Vossington frames for the last 3 years. I pay more but they have the sizes and color I loved. But I ordered a new frame recently and the quality has gone way down. A frame I bought a year ago is much heavier, made from better materials, and just a much better quality than the new one that just arrived. If I didn’t know any better I’d think I ordered a cheap target frame. Not worth the extra money anymore. I’m so disappointed!

I placed an order for a frame with this company based on their shipping timeline of 5-7 business days because I needed the frame on that timeline. Not only has it been 23 days and no frame has arrived, but it also took me two separate attempts to get a response from customer service. 9 days ago I was told that they had lost my order and that they were sending a replacement frame and yet I have not even received a shipping notification yet. One star for lacking customer service and for never receiving a product I paid for. Update: I reached out again to customer service and requested a full refund due to never receiving my frame. I was told a refund is being issued and that an issue with inventory is being "investigated". If there is an issue with inventory, the company should be aware of this and take the time to inform me as the customer who has already paid money and has received no product and no update at all for weeks. It is NOT my responsibility to continue to waste my time trying to get information about an order that the company is not able to fulfill.

Hi Michelle, We are using Amazon's warehouse to fulfill our orders and unfortunately it seems there was a problem in their warehouse with this specific product, which we were not informed about by Amazon until you reported it. Waiting for 23 days is definitely unacceptable and we are very sorry about what happened to you. Like you say it's not your responsibility to keep track of all of this and we apologize about your wasted time. We have now issued a full refund and please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
