The frame is beautiful, but the packaging was truly fighting for its life. There were several cracks in the glass but sending it back would have been too much trouble.

The shipping and packaging was great but the glass was scratched really bad but I didn’t feel like returning it plus it’s not too noticeable once I added my canvas inside but I may order again in the future with them but I most definitely will return if I receive something like this again but hopefully they will notice something like this next time before shipping something like this out next time.

Happy with the shipping and overall experience however, I feel for $40/frame it should have been real glass not plexiglass.

We don't use regular glass since it breaks very easily during transit, and that's a major factor for an online retailer like Vossington that ships frames across the world. The Frame is a bit flimsier then I expected. The corner of the backing came cracked in the corner too, which probably happened during shipping. It’s hanging with the print in it and so far it works. For the price it’s ok - but I really couldn’t find anything else out there for a 30x40 frame that was simple.

Please contact Customer Service on vossington.com for immediate assistance regarding your damaged backing board. There's unfortunately nothing we can do about the sturdiness of your large frame. It's the world's thinnest 30x40" frame and we've used the absolute strongest aluminum that one can find to create it. The ultra-thin design makes the frame a bit more flexible compared to thicker frames, and it's as sturdy as it can get while being so thin. And we didn't want to make it thicker because then it wouldn't have that ultra-thin look that makes it so unique.

Print arrived damaged and was poorly packaged. It was disappointing considering the quality that your website advertises. However, print would’ve been perfect if not damaged in transit.

The frame is pretty, modern and light weight. Not 100% in love with them because of the extreme glare of the plexiglass. :(

Frame was drop shipped from an unknown sender and came in an unmarked package. I had no way of knowing what it was or who it was from. Not a huge issue but the shipping notification also came from UPS from a different source other than Vossington which made it confusing to know where my package was.
