Love my picture but shipping took forever

Solid and good looking frame. I just wish you gave the option to have spacers added to the frames to keep artwork off the glass. You can not frame archival prints or original artwork with the pieced pressed on the glass.

I bought several frames (black, silver, gold, and bronze) and two art prints (9x12 and 18x24). Frames are nice quality. The “glass” is not glass but that was clear from the product description. Art prints were printed on decent card stock. However, the larger art print was 1/4-1/2” short on all sides, so I was unable to frame it in the frame I bought for that purpose. I contacted customer service and they sorted that out promptly. The 18x24 gold frame I bought is a pretty subtle, light gold — far from the brassy, yellow gold popular in prior decades. I’d order from Vossington again. I don’t think I’d order more art prints because of the sizing issues. Again, the frames are a good price for the quality.

Four stars because one of my two frames arrived damaged, but was able to submit photos and a replacement arrived within a couple of days in great shape! Was able to keep the damaged one for a poster in our basement.

Fantastic customer service and loved the frame once I got one that was not damage in shipping. However, Amazon fulfillment is doing a terrible job of packing. I received two damaged 30x40 frames before I got one that was in good condition. Huge, fragile frame was packed in a cardboard flat, not a box. Customer service was OUTSTANDING but they need to have a chat with Amazon about how to properly ship item.

I was initially confused about the green tint! The email clarified but before that I was ready to email Vossington to complain, it could be made clearer from the beginning. Otherwise just what I wanted.

The frame came quickly and is just as described. It was priced fairly after comparing other frames of this size, but I still feel that it is overpriced for what it is.

Well-crafted product and worth the cost! The only downside is that the frame is more of a champagne or light gold than what is pictured on the website.
